Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.

Photos and User Content

When you upload check-in photos, they are stored securely in our cloud storage and are visible only to members of your loop. You can delete your own photos at any time. Loop creators have the ability to remove any photo from their loop for moderation purposes. When you delete your account, all photos you have uploaded will be permanently deleted from our servers. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than displaying them within your loops.

Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and respectful community, users can report inappropriate photos. If a photo receives reports from 50% or more of the loop members, it will be automatically removed. Loop creators are notified when content is removed from their loops. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines.
