Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use this application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
User Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our app for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform acts. You may not transmit any viruses or malicious code through the app, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the app.
Content
Our app may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the app, including its legality and appropriateness.
Photo Uploads and Content Guidelines
You may upload photos as part of your check-in activities. By uploading photos, you agree that: (1) You have the right to share the content; (2) The content does not violate any third party rights; (3) The content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Photos are visible only to members of your loop.
Content Moderation and Removal
To maintain a safe community, we employ content moderation measures. Users can report inappropriate photos. When 50% or more of loop members report a photo, it will be automatically removed. Loop creators can remove any photo in their loop. You can delete your own photos at any time. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The information on this app is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
